What Mind & Metric Media collects

The only personal information this website collects directly is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus your company name and monthly media spend range if you provide them.

The site also collects anonymous usage data through Google Analytics — pages visited, how visitors arrived, and the type of device used. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to Mind & Metric Media.

How it's used

Submitted information is used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry. It is not added to marketing lists, shared with advertisers, or sold to anyone.

How it's handled

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-relay service that passes your message to Mind & Metric Media's email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission solely to deliver it. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log the request to serve the files.

This website uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure how the site is used. Mind & Metric Media uses these reports to understand what content is useful — nothing more. You can opt out at any time with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or through your browser's cookie controls, and the site works fully without them.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can ask what personal information Mind & Metric Media holds about you, request a copy, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email enquiries@mindandmetricmedia.co.nz and the request will be actioned promptly.
